Our belief in the synergy between food & wine has guided us to launch a project where we invite guest chefs to do what they do best, accompanied by equally thoughtful wine & good energy.
Guest Chef Perry de Man presents "Pig Feast à la Toko"
Big personality, big smile, big flavor. You can find Perry in De Toko in Rotterdam Noordplein where he's whipping up Indonesian food & fried chicken sandwiches. Chef, tv personality & friend; Perry will be joining us on the 11th of September again at Rabarber for our second edition of Libre à la Table. Self-taught, Perry is inspired by the flavors of Chinese, Surinamese & Indonesian cuisines, all of which are well represented in Rotterdam. We look forward to inviting Perry to Utrecht in a few weeks time as our chef for September.
Service again will run from 8pm to midnight. Different format, different energy and Perry's food. Stay tuned for the menu & details, reservations will go live next week (through the link in our bio). Spoiler alert....there will be pork.
