We are incredibly excited to announce our new pop-up dinner series, kicking off on Thursday August 25th in Utrecht. Our belief in the synergy between food & wine has guided us to launch a project where we invite guest chefs to do what they do best, accompanied by equally thoughful wine & good energy.

Guest Chef Túbo Logier

Túbo knows his way around a kitchen. Most recently the head chef of the 4850 in Amsterdam, he has quite the impressive resume. The Belgian born chef has worked at restaurant Chambre Separée in Ghent, was sous-chef at The Clove Club and Luca in London and before joining team 4850, he was in charge of the wine bar P. Franco in London. We got to know Túbo well through our good friends at 4850 and the Bird Tsang (ceramicists extraordinaire!). When deciding to launch our dinner series Túbo was one of the first that came to mind and we´re so excited to have him in the kitchen for the 1st edition. 

Beyond being attached to any one style, Libre a la table wants to encourage chef to cook from the heart, the experiment and to take risks, while focusing on simple delicious food. Túbos cuisine is in a group of it´s own. You could describe it as French with Asian influences but really it´s too difficult to classify in any one group. This highly creative chef will be preparing 5 courses focused around seafood, curstaceans and vegetables of the season.
