Les Ammonites 2020, Domaine Buronfosse

A small single parcel of 27 acres. The vines were planted in 1995 on a deep pocket of deep marl and "Ammonites". A completely unique expression of Chardonnay. A complex nose of citrus fruits, white flowers and spices, for a balanced sip between richness and freshness.
