Grapes are de-stemmed, crushed and in pellicular maceration for 1 day. Harvested from a small parcel based on sand, Albert carefully judges ripeness for this cuvée. Disgorged in May in the traditional way. Vibrant and exciting, the nose leads with bursting strawberries & herbal tea matched by a pallet of hay and dried cranberry. Super limited production!
