Wine made from Piedmontese varieties and the national grape Vermentino. Malvasia Moscata is a grape variety that has been completely forgotten, having recently been dusted and revived by Italian oenological authorities. The little bit of skin contact gives Bianca texture, and provides a wild, tea-like layer. Yellow fruit and blossom invigorate her zest for life; Bianca is ready for any time of the day!
