Affordable and festive Dolcetto from the south-east of the Piedmont. Easily digestible, juicy and fruity, with bay leaves and blueberries popping out of the glass. Our first impression of this new addition was that it reminded us of the dark rosés of the salamander domain in the southern Rhone.
