Entry level Sauvignon from the Puzelat brothers, made from grapes from vineyards that are cultivated by the brothers, but which they do not own. Mixed soil of, among other things, clay, quartz, sand and flint. Splash out the glass, straight across the nose and tongue. Recognisable Sauvignon, with some grassiness, stone fruit and white flowers.
