Where Pietrobianco was named after son Pietro, this wine bears the nickname of son Giovanni. Part of the Bordeaux blend vinified and aged in steel. This way you can taste how these grapes actually taste, without vanilla, caramel and smoke dominating. Wine is soft, with notes of blackcurrant, spices and has a savory, vegetal edge.
