Ex Vero II 2018, Weingut Werlitsch

Beautiful and captivating white of mostly Sauvignon, blended with Morillon from the Ex Vero II vineyard. Sauvignon gives aromatic intensity, with tropical fruit, lime and spices, where Morillon plays a bass note and adds weight. Plenty of 'Opok' in expression, by the way: seaweed, roasted terracotta and roasted sesame. In combination with a beautiful acidity and enormous length, this makes a wine for now and for later. At least for people you love.
