This Hupnos is taken from one plot on the slopes of mount Karvounis, which is made of basalt and limestone. The grapes are macerated on the skins for 40 days and then aged in large old barrels. This cuvée presents great mineral freshness and a generous fruit, prolonged by notes of candied fruit & smoke.
