This blend of Trousseau and Pinot was fermented for three weeks, then pressed using a vertical press dating from 1860 and finally aged in barrels. What a result! Accompanied for twelve months by the vibrations of the crystal harp and the winegrower's singing bowl, this wine conjures up red fruits; ripe strawberry, liquorice, violet and white pepper. It offers a pleasant mouth, between roundness of the structure, sweetness and finish a bit wild. A wine as powerful and warm as it is harmonious.
