The Natsu Makin is a Sake that consists for half of the juice of the Japanese Mandarin. A fruity sake with nice citrus bitter notes. Intense mandarin fruit, somewhat sweet but with refreshing acidity. The sake has matured for two years and is one of the best mandarin sakes in the country.
