Assemblage of all the parcels of red on the domaine. Majoritarily Poulsard blending with the remainder inclusive of a small amount of Chardonnay with pinot, trousseau, béclan, enfariné, gamay teinturié. Stemy wild red fruit and chalk with a toiuch of earth & exceptionally light body.
