Harvested slightly underripe to maintain its brightness and the intended light body. Alcohol sits at less than 11% so don't hesitate to chill down for 15 minutes before serving. All grapes are fermented as whole clusters for 5 days, with 11 months ageing in steel. The color is surprising and charm with a nose of cranberry herbal tea and grapefruit. The palate has a steely, tomato leaf quality with a touch of sanguine texture. Super exciting peppy cinsault.
