Super B 2020, Domaine de la Bohème

Gamay of three different terroirs in the south of Beaujolais. 'Macération carbonique', and aging in amphora. Gardens are rented by Patrick and Justine and have been biodynamically maintained for almost 5 years. Part comes from the Brouilly appellation, part comes from orchards planted on schist, granite and blue marne. Wine of zest and energy, with explosive berries and flowers on the nose. Sturdy, but not cumbersome Beaujolais, but therefore also very charming. You can taste the warmness of the southern Bojo!
