The first and only sake in the world created using seawater. Unfiltered and undiluted, it has maintained all of its salty aromas through the long maturation process. Produced from certified organic rice, milled to only 15%, unpasteurised and aged for 10 years. This sake was produced at the Uehara Shuzo brewery founded in 1862, using traditional sake brewing and production methods.
