Tam-Tam 2019, Domaine Bongiraud

An ancestral sparkling with native tamjanika noir & Riesling. No dosage, raised on slat for 8m, disgorged on the fly in the traditional way. Tamjanika is an ultra light skinned variety that takes on notes of musk and currant. It has a tendency to also develop Muscat like aromas of mandarin orange and orange blossoms. Gentle but super fine carbonation withy palate of undergrowth pressed, floral perfume & orange peel.
