Vera 2018, Louis Terral

Vera is located on a hillside at an altitude of 600m, facing East Southeast, where 2/3 of the vines are around 70-80 years old and 1/3 are 35 years old. This cuvée is more classic in the vinification with a semi-carbonic maceration of 20 days and also 6 months minimum ageing in barrels. Ethereal mountain Gamay unlike those of the Beaujolais next door. Plenty of allure wild herbs, dried mushroom, dark plums, faint wood smoke and flint. Expect development in the glass!
