Weinschwärmer, named after the moth that bears the beautiful name 'Great Evening Red' in the Netherlands. This moth can be found in the orchards at 2N, and the color of this butterfly is very similar to the color of the wine in the glass.
Due to the fact that the ripe Pinot Gris is kept on the skins, the wine takes on a coppery pink-orange color; the small amount of Riesling from the same orchard is immediately pressed and put together after 9 months, after which the total rests for another 9 months in old wood. Wine brimming with rosehip and grapefruit notes from the Pinot Gris
