Christian Ducroux
Christian has always been a winegrower, just like his father and grandfather. Since 1980 he has converted it to biodynamics and it represents 4ha. The vines are all located around the winery and grow on granite soil. He carries out plowing, soil work and spraying using his 2 horses. Most of the vines are goblet-shaped. According to him, it is the most respectful size because it resembles a small, well-balanced tree.
The estate is located in Lantignié at a place called Thulon. It is composed of 98% red and the rest of white located a little higher in altitude. Christian does not create single-plot vintages but works on the selection of juices. Beaujolais that is raw & pure.
