Savagnin is in the spotlight! The berries are harvested by hand, then carefully sorted before pressing. An eau de vie distilled from grape marc from these same vines and containing at least 52% is then added to the must, thus stopping fermentation and retaining a dose of sugar. The nectar is then aged in oak barrels for at least 14 months. The tension of Savagnin is found in this wine with a nose of citrus and nuts, and a spicy palate. To be enjoyed chilled.
